Our Weight Loss for women program brings together a proven formula for effective weight loss
and lifestyle change.
This program is not just about losing weight, it’s about changing your life into something healthier and keeping the change. With ongoing support from our highly skilled personal trainers you will learn to create new healthy habits for better living and a slimmer waistline.
Our proven weight loss approach is as follows:
- 45 minute group sessions, 2 or 3 times per week
- Train and lose weight with other women just like you
- Easy to follow eating plan with real food
- Small groups to ensure personalised attention
All classes are capped at 8 participants (Mt Gravatt) and 12 participants (Bowen Hills) per session so you receive the personal attention you deserve.
