FACT - Men with a Gut over 95cm are at an increased risk of health issues such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and more.
Our formula for waist loss is as follows
- 45 minute group sessions, 2 or 3 times per week

All classes are capped at 8 participants (Mt Gravatt) and 12 participants (Bowen Hills) per session so you receive the service you expect and deserve.
